1 – Exceed expectations. Champagne is often served from trays or tables. But have you seen it served from a performer’s ensemble? That’s exactly what we did at a client’s champagne bubble-themed gala.
2 – Leverage technology. Your design team should collaborate with your production team to ensure lighting, video, and on-screen graphics are seamlessly integrated into the room’s theme. We transformed the Disney Dolphin Hotel into a disco dream, complete with sparkling mirror centerpieces, a light-up dance floor, and a DJ spinning non-stop 70s beats.
3 – Break out of the ballroom. Not every experience has to occur indoors. We’ve utilized outdoor spaces to set up life-sized chess boards, a circular stage for Brazilian carnival performers, and luminescent blue lighting that made guests feel like they were submerged in the ocean.
